  • Give personal opinion

  • Speaking for or about others
  • Attacking journalist
  • Defensive positioning
  • Answer with just “yes” and “no”.
  • Speaking off the record
  • Considering the journalist as a friend
  • Use as little jargon as possible: if there is no other option, always explain it
