What is striking about the results and interpretation of this annual audience survey is that the Dutch public is becoming more critical. In the short term, we see this reflected in the average lower confidence in the brands surveyed.

At the same time, we see opportunities in the more critical view, because this is partly due to the fact that Dutch people are delving more into sustainability. Brands that can clearly substantiate their sustainability claims and achieve serious results are rewarded. Transparency, communication and – of course – results help with this.

A good development as far as we are concerned!
