Vacancy: Student Worker Issue Intelligence

Who are we?
We are Issuemakers: strategic communication advisors, with a strong sense of content. Together with our clients, we formulate social ambitions or sharpen them, and then convert them into positive impact for organizations and on society. In this way, we want to help accelerate social transitions. We do this by monitoring, managing and creating issues. And based on a broad, cross-disciplinary approach.
What are you going to do?
As a Working Student Issue Intelligence, you will work 8 to 16 hours per week on our service provision in the field of issue intelligence. You will monitor relevant developments in media and politics for various clients, process this information in a structured manner and provide it with clear interpretation. Our clients are both Dutch and English-speaking. You will report your findings to both the internal project team and to our clients. You can flexibly schedule and perform this work from our office in Amstelveen or from home.
What are you bringing?
- You are a HBO or WO student
- You have strong analytical skills
- You can distinguish between main and secondary issues
- You have excellent written communication skills
- You have a good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- You are accurate and structured
- You have an affinity with media, news and politics
- You can work independently and manage your own time
- You are proactive and take initiative
- You have a keen eye for relevant social and political developments
